Kier had a goal in 2024 to take her speaking to the stage, but found it slipping away when in a catch 22 scenario. She decided to negate this; and after an idea she floated on LinkedIn gained huge momentum, The Speak and Shine Collection was born.
Within 8 weeks she went from concept to conference with 12 Emerging Voices sharing their message and elevating their speaking careers. At this point she realised it was so much more than a little idea. That there were so many other women that needed what she had been looking for herself. That this was a movement that could change women’s lives.

Kier is Founder of the Speak and Shine Collection and Emerging Voices Collective. A platform and community to empower women to take to the stage and be heard, whilst creating beautiful assets to elevate their speaking careers.
As a London based, International Brand Photographer and Visual Strategist, Kier saw speaking as an important business asset and way to share her message with more authority.
When she couldn’t find the space she was looking for, she created her own to support others wanting to grow through speaking too..
Kier is passionate about empowering ambitious women to have the confidence to stand out and be seen for their superpowers, shining for their difference. She is an expert in visual branding after over 20 years in Marketing in Marks and Spencer Plc, including time in the International group, heading up Visual Merchandising across Central Europe.
Today she loves to help women thrive and grow with her unique approach and experience, blending her passion and the art of photography with the science and knowledge of connecting and converting through her visual expertise. Coupled with her speaking events and community, she takes women from unseen and unheard to unstoppable.

Mirela Sula,

Mirela Sula has worked in media and education for the last 20 years and has speaking experience all around the world. Her background takes in psychology and counselling, journalism, teaching, coaching, women’s rights and media training.
Mirela is CEO and the founder of Global Woman Magazine and Global Woman Club, with the recent acquisition of ‘The Business Woman Today’, an online network exclusively for women in business.
Mirela is also the organiser of the Global Woman Summit and Global Woman Awards. She has appeared on “London Live TV”, “BBC Radio 4 Women’s Hours”, “Sky TV”, “Channel 5” and also featured at the “Evening Standard” and “The Guardian”. Mirela is studying for a PhD in Psychology at Regent’s University London to follow on from her Master’s degree.
She is also author of several books. Her last self-help book ‘Don’t Let Your Mind Go’ was a best seller and is also published in America and Turkey.
Mirela has created clubs for women in 26 cities around the world and has helped hundreds of women to unlock their potential, set up their goals and achieve their dreams. She also has created Migrant Woman Talks, a platform that invites women to share their stories and experience of life in a new country.
Mirela has received many awards for her work. She is passionate about empowering women worldwide and always stands up for, inclusion, diversity, gender balance and supporting the next generation.

For the last 7 years , I’ve been working intimately with thousands of women around the world helping them discover their purpose.
Let me tell you why?
My vision is to create a global community of empowered women, providing a platform where we can be able to recognize our power and tap into our gifts, so we can share and help other people achieve best results. But the reality is that I have met so many women that told me “I don’t know what my purpose is”,
and this makes me sad. So yes, my goal is to help women master two important things: Confidence and Finance.
This is all what women need, and for this reason I have created a program called
“Think Big & Go Global”, a blue print formula that has shown me 100% success to all women who have applied it. Finding your purpose is the first course in this programme and it is the most important one.
I am so excited to start this virtual journey with you.
